Classes are for ‘all levels’ meaning anyone can come. Yoga is for any age, any sex, any size or level of fitness and it’s never too late to start. Yoga is not competitive and everyone practises at their own pace. You may feel a little self-conscious if it’s your first class but everyone else is too busy to look at you!

Classes start with a gentle warm up and tuning in. Then there will be 3-5 sun salutations followed by standing postures, seated postures, inverted postures (don’t worry!). The last 10-20 minutes are spent in meditation and relaxation. Everyone comes out of the class completely relaxed.

{ Tuesdays 9am - 10am } £7

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body, with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve posture, balance and flexibility, as well as general fitness and overall well-being.

Pilates also focuses on the mind-body connection. While doing the various exercises your mind needs to be constantly aware of your breathing and the way your body moves.
